Nissan Skyline Key Replacement | Japanese Import Key Support
An older R32 and a later V37 need different key enquiries. Checking the import specification is the first step in our mobile Nissan Skyline key replacement service; once the work is agreed, the vehicle’s parking spot becomes our working location.
- Mobile service at the vehicle
- No upfront payment
- Compatibility checked before attendance

From R32 To V37
Spanning approximately 1989–2002, the R32, R33 and R34 typically use less complex keys than the Skylines that followed. The V35 spans around 2001–2006, followed by the V36 from about 2006–2014 and the V37 from around 2014 onwards. Those overlapping dates make the generation worth identifying rather than relying on the year alone.
Later versions may have a Nissan immobiliser, with keyless equipment on some cars; we will confirm the specification before promising a particular option. When asking about Skyline key programming, tell us which generation you own and whether any key still works. Our Nissan Import page explains the wider import focus.

Why Does A Japanese-Market Key Need Checking?
The remote’s radio frequency is one of the distinctions between keys and remotes supplied for Japan and those supplied for the UK. A Nissan Skyline key therefore needs an import-specific check before we quote. A photo of your Skyline key fob and the chassis number are the starting points.
Details To Send With Your Enquiry
Include the chassis number, a clear photograph of the key if available, and a description of what you need. If your enquiry concerns a lost Skyline key and no photograph exists, explain that at the outset so we can discuss the missing information.
Confirming The Work Before Travelling
We check the proposed Skyline key programming work before arranging attendance. No advance payment is collected, and you will have the quoted amount by the time we set off. Our car key programming service is a useful starting point for discussing the requirement, rather than assuming a UK-market key will suit.

What Your Working Skyline Key Tells Us
If you still have a working key, a Skyline spare key enquiry gives us that key to reference alongside the chassis details. Tell us whether you want another key or help with the existing Skyline key fob. We will establish what is available for your particular import before booking the work.
Home, workplace, roadside and car park locations are all covered by our mobile spare car key service. We first inspect your V5C and photo ID; only after that check can key production start. With seven years’ experience, we keep the enquiry focused on the vehicle you actually own, not simply the Skyline badge.

For a spare key or help after losing your only one, contact us with your Skyline’s chassis details. We operate across the New Forest from 8am–11pm daily, typically reaching customers within 45–60 minutes.
