What If Every Macan Key Is Missing?
For a supported vehicle, a lost Macan key can be dealt with through our all-keys-lost service, without needing an existing working key. You must present your V5C together with photo ID before we make any key. Tell us where the car is and have those documents available for the ownership check.
Expect a price before we travel, with nothing payable upfront. A change in the work means pausing to go over a revised price with you; rejecting that revision leaves you with no call-out charge. Our operating hours run from 8am to 11pm every day, and reaching a customer typically takes 45–60 minutes. These are arrival times, not a promised completion time.
