What The Customer Needed
The owner of this Toyota C-HR in Milford on Sea had one working key and wanted a dependable spare before that single key became a more urgent problem.
Starting with the working key
We checked the existing Toyota C-HR key at the vehicle, including its physical and electronic functions. That gave us a reliable reference for selecting compatible hardware and preserving the working key throughout the job.
Producing the additional key
A second key was prepared beside the Toyota C-HR, with the blade cut where the design required one and the transponder or smart-key function enrolled to the car. The original remained available for comparison during programming.
Checking both keys
Both Toyota C-HR keys were tested independently for the functions supported by this system. The owner left the Milford on Sea appointment with the original key and a fully checked backup.
