Before a Mokka key can be programmed, a security PIN has to be bought from the manufacturer against the vehicle and ownership details. Your V5C and photo ID must be ready for checking before we make a key. Those checks apply whether the appointment follows a loss or adds another key.

We explain the price before setting out; there is nothing to pay upfront. If we find the job differs from the description, a revised price is discussed before proceeding. Declining it means no call-out charge. A home address, workplace, roadside spot or car park can all serve as the location for the work.

Separate Fob Symptoms From Your Key Request
If you still have a functioning Mokka key fob, you can request a second key without waiting for an emergency. Say how many keys you currently have and whether your enquiry also involves a problem with the existing Mokka key fob. Keep the spare request and any existing symptoms clear when describing the job.
